These terms apply when you use the Dpunk Email Verifier website and the Dpunk Email Verifier desktop application (together, the “Service”) provided by Dpunk Made (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a subscription you agree to them.
1. The software and your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dpunk Email Verifier for the term you have paid for (or the trial period), on the number of computers your plan allows. Each computer is identified by the Machine ID shown in the app, and each license key we issue is bound to one Machine ID.
You may not resell, sublicense or share license keys, attempt to create keys yourself, circumvent the license check, or use the Service to build a competing product. The software is licensed, not sold.
2. Your account
You need an account on this website to start a trial or buy a plan. Give us accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Free trial
Where offered, the free trial lasts 3 days on one computer and requires a verified email address and a Machine ID. One trial is allowed per person, per email address and per computer. We may refuse or end a trial that we reasonably believe is being abused.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, Cryptomus; the amount due in your chosen coin is calculated by the processor when the invoice is created. You are responsible for network fees and for sending the correct amount on the correct network before the invoice expires. A payment that arrives short is held as underpaid until it is topped up. Your subscription and license keys are issued automatically once the processor confirms the payment.
5. Term, renewal and expiry
A subscription runs for the term you bought (30, 90 or 365 days). Crypto payments are never charged automatically: to continue, renew from your account before the term ends. Renewal time is added to the end of your current term and new keys are issued for your registered computers. When a term ends, the app allows a 3-day grace period; after that, starting a new verification requires a valid key, while your existing results, snapshots and exports remain available.
If you move to a different plan, the new plan starts immediately and unused days of your current term are credited pro-rata. Moving a license to another computer from your account is limited to 3 moves and one reset of all computers per 30 days to prevent key sharing. Deactivating a computer inside the app is not limited.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
The Service is for list hygiene on addresses you have a lawful basis to contact. You agree to:
- comply with the anti-spam, data-protection and privacy laws that apply to you and to the people on your lists;
- not use the Service to harvest, generate or validate addresses for unsolicited bulk email, or to harass anyone;
- use optional SMTP probing only against domains you own or are engaged to work with, and respect the terms of any mail server or relay you connect through;
- respect the usage terms of third-party blocklists (for example, Spamhaus’ free public mirrors are for low-volume, non-commercial use).
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of this section.
8. Results
Verdicts are evidence-based assessments made from DNS, blocklist, heuristic and optional SMTP checks at the moment they run. Mail systems change and some servers hide whether a mailbox exists. We do not guarantee that an address marked “passed” will accept mail, that every spamtrap will be detected, or any particular deliverability or sender reputation. You decide what to send and to whom.
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or damage to sender reputation. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms. If we make a material change to the terms we will post the new version here and, where appropriate, email account holders. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that term.
